The first 5 sessions
Building the therapeutic frame
Beginning the process and building the working frame.

Psychotherapy
A confidential space for exploring relationships, inner conflicts and significant experiences.

Exploration. Awareness. Perspective. Change.
A safe, confidential setting in which thoughts, emotions and experiences can be explored with authenticity.
We explore how current relationships may reflect earlier patterns, for a deeper understanding of the present.
Psychotherapy is a process over time. It offers space for reflection, integration and meaningful change, at each person’s pace.
First contact
Yatros offers a confidential 10-minute introductory conversation with the psychiatrist, before a collaboration begins. It is not a psychiatric consultation and not a diagnostic assessment. It is a first contact to clarify the reason for the request, answer questions and see whether psychotherapy is suitable in your situation.
An initial working frame
Continuity offers space for understanding and for reviewing how the work is unfolding.
Building the therapeutic frame
Beginning the process and building the working frame.
Continuing and deepening the process
Developing understanding, exploring relevant themes and reviewing how the work is unfolding.
Payment is arranged in two moments: at the start of the programme and at the fourth session. This is operational staging of the initial 10-session frame.
Integrated responsibly into clinical care
Psychotherapy and psychiatric assessment complement each other and can be useful in different situations, depending on each person’s needs. Recommendations are individualised, with respect for your preferences, context and aims.
