Yatros Business · Corporate clinical expertise

Mental health for the team.Clarity for the organization.

Organizational clarity

What the programme can highlight

An aggregated picture of factors that may affect how an organization functions. It does not describe employees’ individual states and does not make personal predictions.

  • Burnout and stress

Aggregated levels of burnout (occupational exhaustion) and stress, without identifying individuals.

  • Engagement and retention

Factors associated with engagement and retention, at the level of groups large enough to protect privacy.

  • Tension in teams

Tensions and conflict patterns in teams, without individual attribution.

  • Organizational barriers

Barriers that may affect functioning and productivity.

  • Intervention priorities

Areas where intervention may take priority, based on aggregated data.

Stages of collaboration

How we work

One process, in five stages, from the organization’s context through to impact measurement.

  1. 01

    Understanding the organizational context

We clarify structure, aims, relevant groups and the frame in which a voluntary assessment can take place.

  2. 02

    Voluntary, confidential assessment

Participation is individual and based on consent. Clinical data do not reach the employer.

  3. 03

    Aggregated risk analysis

We identify patterns of stress, burnout, conflict and functioning, only in groups large enough to protect privacy.

  4. 04

    Recommendations and interventions

We propose organizational measures and, separately, individual clinical support only with consent.

  5. 05

    Reassessment and impact measurement

We follow change in aggregated indicators over time. A financial return is not promised.

Examples of aggregated results

What the organization receives

Deliverables are organizational. They do not include diagnoses, individual responses or clinical files.

  1. 01

The aggregated distribution of risk levels

  2. 02

Differences between periods or groups large enough to protect privacy

  3. 03

    Priority organizational factors

  4. 04

    Prevention and intervention recommendations

  5. 05

Corporate services

Services and collaboration formats

Individual interventions remain confidential. Reporting to the organization is aggregated.

  • Screening for burnout and psychological risks

We assess signs of occupational exhaustion and related factors — confidentially for the individual, and only in aggregate for the organization.

  • Stress, anxiety, sleep and functioning

We clarify how stress, anxiety and sleep may affect functioning, without turning an individual’s state into a performance metric.

  • Team dynamics and conflict resolution

We work with tensions and conflict patterns in teams, without attributing them to named individuals for the employer.

  • Support for management and leadership

Clinical and advisory support for people in management, kept confidential from the employer.

  • Clinical and psychotherapeutic interventions for employees

Psychotherapeutic and clinical support in an organizational context. Session content is not reported to the employer.

  • Aggregated reporting and monitoring

Deliverables to the organization are aggregated and anonymized. They do not include diagnoses or clinical files.

Collaboration formats

Collaboration may take the form of an initial assessment, a screening programme, team or leadership interventions, clinical support for employees, or periodic monitoring, depending on the agreed context.

Confidentiality and voluntary participation

Participation is voluntary. Reporting to the organization remains aggregated.

Confidential clinical data. Aggregated analysis. Targeted interventions. Measurable impact.

  • Individual participation and clinical support are voluntary and based on consent.
  • The employer does not receive diagnoses, individual responses or clinical files.
  • Reporting is aggregated and anonymized; we avoid groups that are too small.
  • Clinical data are not used for individual HR decisions.
  • The clinical purpose is separate from the organizational purpose.

Why prevention matters

Organizational impact

The programme can help an organization see where intervention is warranted and whether those interventions are associated with measurable change over time.

Impact measurement is not a return-on-investment calculator. A financial result is not guaranteed.

Globally, depression and anxiety lead to an estimated 12 billion working days lost every year and around US$ 1 trillion in lost productivity.

This figure is a global benchmark, not a Yatros result.
